• Business Center

  How can we help you with your personal and business needs?

  You run from morning to night and sometimes need access to business services when you are at home. That’s why we offer a photocopier and fax machine to residents available for use at no charge. The office staff will make copies and even send your faxes for you. There is also a large workspace, if needed. Just call or stop by our office when you have a need.

• Community Center Rental

  Residents may rent our Community Center

  Our Community Clubhouse is a great place for residents to hold:

  • Birthday Parties
  • Baby Showers
  • Bridal Showers
  • Classes
  • Meetings
  • Anniversary Parties

  The Clubhouse is available by reservation only between the hours of:
  Sunday through Saturday from 10:00AM to 10:00PM

  Maximum occupancy, including children: 50 people

  Resident Responsibilities:
  The Clubhouse and Restroom must be cleaned completely after each use. All chairs, tables, counter tops, etc. must be cleaned. Floors must be vacuumed or mopped. Trash must be removed, including the trash receptacles in the bathroom. Place trash in the closest available dumpster. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to the original position. All perishable foods must be removed. Renters will provide their own cleaning materials and equipment. Any cleaning or repair expenses shall be invoiced to the resident or sponsoring resident.

  Rental Fee: $75
  The rental fee must be paid in a separate check no later than two (2) weeks prior to the date of the rental. If payment has not been made by the scheduled time, the reservation will be cancelled.

• Fitness Center

  Get in Shape at our Resident-only Fitness Center

  The Fitness Center at Deerfield Commons offers a terrific array of aerobic exercise equipment as well as weights to help our residents stay in top condition. Residents will have card-controlled access to the gym facilities so that you can fit in a workout whenever it suits your busy schedule.

  When is the Fitness Center open for residents over age 16?
  It is available from 5AM to midnight so that your fitness routine can suit your schedule.

  How do I enter into the center?
  You can use your building entry key card to gain access to the community center for fitness center usage.

  Can my children use the fitness center?
  Children are prohibited from using the equipment or accompanying their parents until the age of 16.

  Can I bring food or drink to the Fitness Area?
  Bottles of liquid (non-alcoholic) are allowed, however, we do prohibit food in this area.

• Renter's Insurance

  Do I have to have renters insurance for my apartment or town home?
  YES! Renters Insurance is REQUIRED for every rental home in Paradigm Communities. Renters insurance covers your personal belongings and can include liability coverage as well as protect you if someone gets injured at your apartment/home.

  What does renters insurance cover?
  Your personal belongings and personal injury of your guests.

  Where is the closest fire department?
  The local fire department is located 1 ½ mile from the property.

  How much is renters insurance?
  The cost is relatively low and one of the wisest purchases an apartment resident can make.

  Are the commons areas and apartment living areas supplied with sprinkler systems?
  Yes; all apartments and hallways are equipped with wet sprinkler systems.

  Are there fire hydrants within 1000 feet of your apartment?
  Yes; all apartments are within 1000 feet of the closest hydrant
